Rogers, Jr. in 1983, Ariel Investments is the largest minority-run mutual fund firm in the U.S., managing just under $10 billion. John has been an icon in the city of Chicago for several years and he continues to maintain strong ties with President Obama.
Additionally, the firm’s president is Mellody Hobson, who has drastically influenced the trajectory of the firm and has gained national acclaim due to her authority and success.
